The Pack
One of the many mediums I work in is sculpting with up-cycled materials.
The Pack is a group of three three life sized wolf sculptures constructed from shipping pallets. This piece is part of the Town of Breckenridge’s Public Art Collection and will soon be installed at a location near the ice arena.
Mantra Trophy
I’ve returned to ceramics and teach wheel throwing at BreckCreate in Breckenridge Colorado.
I’ve been incorporating my mantra writing practice into my work. Mantra Trophy is a large thrown trophy form with a chalkboard surface to write your current most important focus. With this piece, I personally like to write mantras that play with the idea of receiving a trophy.
Through the Looking Glass
I also use up-cycled weathered wood to image transfer my digital collages composed all from my own original imagery in drawing painting and photography.
Through the Looking Glass is about how the way we’ve “mined” the resources of the natural landscape has changed thru the generations.
